Busselton City FC was established 1922. The first recorded match took place in August 1923. This game was between Busselton Town and Blythe Park Rangers the venue was Bovell's Paddock, the result of this first encounter was a win to the Rangers two goals to nil.

A quick-fire hat trick from striker Martin Ryan was just one of the highlights of CMI Busselton City’s 6-1 South West Cup thumping of Australind on Sunday.  A former Golden Boot winner, Ryan scored his goals in a 20 minute period after entering the game midway through the second half.

Season 2017 - July 2nd

The inconsistency that has troubled CMI Busselton City throughout the season was again evident on Sunday when they suffered a 3-1 loss at the hands of Dunsborough Town. Busselton City were looking to build on their creditable performance from the previous week when they came from behind to defeat league leaders Bunbury Dynamos. On Sunday Busselton City started well and striker Corbyn Wilson had a clear cut scoring chance in the opening 90 seconds.

Season 2017 - June 18th

There will be some soul searching for Tristen Carroll’s CMI Busselton City side following their 1-0 defeat to Bunbury United on Sunday. Busselton were the architects of their own downfall with the ball given away cheaply, passes constantly being over-hit and a tendency at times to ball watch. Bunbury scored the crucial goal just before the half time break when Paulo Sogolov exploited some space on the edge of the penalty area with a confident finish.

Season 2017 - June 11th

New Scottish striker Corban Wilson notched an impressive hat trick in CMI Busselton City Reserve sides 4-2 win over Dunsborough Town on Sunday. Wilson's pace and directness proved to be a handful for his opponents as he scored twice in the opening 20 minutes. Dunsborough then got themselves back in contention just prior to half time with a goal from the penalty spot.
